Fitness Training Program Design

This one and a half hour program offers you the foundation for a safe and effective physical fitness program. You will receive a custom tailored program that combines: strength training, stretching and cardiovascular exercise. You will also learn how to implement the routine with correct form and gain a basic understanding of the methods behind it. You will learn how to stand with proper posture, breathe correctly and perform the exercises with correct position. Together we will discuss the things you like to do, your commitment to exercise and how to create an enjoyable and lasting program. Some methods used include: yoga, pilates, manual resistance training, machine and free weights. You will also receive fitness assessment tests including: body fat, strength, and flexibility testing. This program is suitable for anyone wanting to make changes in their personal health and well being, regardless of your experience.
